Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours

 (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

 

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. 

USPS Mail: Rates are based on your address (5-10 business days)

We double check all orders to make sure the quality is GOOD for our customers.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on Monday

Return Policy

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 7 days of delivery!

Zay Luxe Collection will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Zay Luxe Collection part. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Local Order Drop Off Policy

Local Order Drop Off Policy:
Delivery fee is $5 per delivery regardless of transaction total and is non-refundable. Delivery hours may vary. When placing your order, please include the phone number that you would like to be contacted on for the scheduling of your delivery. A phone number is required to schedule your drop off. After your order has been placed, you will be contacted within an hour to schedule your drop off. If a phone number is not provided, this will delay the scheduling of your delivery. After the initial scheduling, if your appointment is missed or you are not available for any given reason, delivery for your order will be attempted One more additional time. If your order has not been picked up within 48 hours after our 2nd delivery attempt, a refund will be given minus a $10 missed appointment fee and your items will be returned to stock.
